The Cafe offers New American Cuisine, featuring fresh American ingredients with cutting edge regional and worldwide influence. The menu changes weekly. THE PATIT CREEK RESTAURANT Located at the east end of Dayton about a half mile from the Weinhard, the Patit Creek is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Friday, dinner only on Saturday. Serving French cuisine in the classic style, Bruce and Heather Heibert have built a regional reputation for fine dining. Listed in the Northwest Best Places as the only 4-Star French restaurant east of the Cascades, it features seasonal specialties, wild game and classic standards.
